Ladders was a new format built around progressive payouts. I led the product and interaction design, with most of the work centered on making a new mechanic feel simple, trustworthy, and fun almost immediately.

I led concept work to reimagine Underdog’s product experience and define a stronger quality bar for future work. It helped the design team rally around a clearer direction and gave leadership a more concrete view of the role design could play in improving the product.
